Return Policy
What is your return policy?
Our return policy is simply, if you don’t love your gear, send it back. We accept returns for gear purchased through our website within a 30-day period for a refund back to the original form of payment. We feel this should be enough time for you to experience your gear, discover whether you love it, and get it back to us. Order shipping costs to ship items to you are non-refundable, keep in mind Ground Shipping is free for orders over $120 for all international customers, and your package must make it back to us within 30 days. Sale items are eligible for return under our policy as well, they must be returned within 20 days of purchase and bought from the Sale Section of our website.
While we do not offer direct exchanges you can place a new order whenever you’re ready and use the above form to process a free return.
♻️ A Note on Return Bags & Boxes
Please use the recyclable plastic bag or box that your order and all its contents was mailed in. The recyclable plastic bag is resealable and contains a fresh sticky flap for you to reseal your return. Please DO NOT use the paper packaging your clothing is packaged in.
